Services

Two ways to work with us

Whether you need a full white-label Japan travel partner or a specialist DMC for tour operators on specific files, we fit around your operation — never in front of it.

Full Ground Handling

Your operations team in Japan

End-to-end arrangements under your brand. We design, book and support — your client never sees our name.

  • Itinerary design on personally verified routes
  • Hotels, ryokan, private guides, vehicles & experiences at net rates
  • White-label documentation in English or Spanish
  • In-trip support during your clients' stay

Overflow & Spanish-market Specialist

A second pair of hands

Already have a Japan DMC? Keep it. We take the files that don't fit — peak-season overflow, complex custom requests, and Spanish-speaking clients handled natively.

  • Peak-season overflow capacity, same quality bar
  • Native Spanish handling from quote to emergency line
  • Complex FIT and multi-generation custom files
  • No minimum volume, no exclusivity asked

Good to know

Questions operators ask us first

Do you sell directly to travellers?
No. Camino Japan Travel is strictly B2B. We work only with overseas tour operators, travel designers and luxury concierges, and every arrangement is delivered white-label under your brand — your client never sees our name.
Can you handle Spanish-speaking clients natively?
Yes. Native-level Spanish handling is our core differentiator: quotes, travel documents, guiding and the in-trip emergency line are all available in Spanish, not machine-translated. English is equally native.
We already have a Japan DMC. Why add Camino?
You do not have to replace anyone. Many partners use us for peak-season overflow, complex multi-generation files, or Spanish-speaking clients their current DMC cannot serve. There is no minimum volume and no exclusivity.
Which regions do you cover, and how fast do you reply?
We specialise in the Golden Route — Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka — plus Mt. Fuji, Hakone, Nikko and Kamakura, all routes we have personally guided. First replies land within 24 hours, direct from the owner.

Sample Itineraries

Routes we can stand behind

Every itinerary we propose has been walked, timed and tested with real guests — not assembled from brochures.

The Classic Camino

9 days · Couples & honeymoons

The Golden Route, paced for travelers who dislike crowds: early-morning temple hours, one night in a Hakone ryokan, and dining rooms your clients could not book alone.

Personally guided 30+ times

Beyond the Golden Route

12 days · Returning visitors

For clients on a second visit: Nikko's mountain shrines, Kamakura by local rail, and a Fuji morning most tours miss — layered onto the classics they still expect.

Every stop route-tested on foot

Three Generations, One Trip

10 days · Families & celebrations

Multi-generation logistics done properly: connecting rooms confirmed in writing, pacing that works for ages 7 to 77, and private vehicles sized for the whole family.

About

The owner answers your emails.

Before founding Camino Japan Travel, I spent three years as a private guide for high-end travelers across the Golden Route and its surroundings — in English and in Spanish. I have stood in the ryokan lobbies, timed the transfers, and watched which experiences actually delight guests and which only look good on paper.

That experience is now the foundation of a licensed ground handling operation. When you work with Camino, you are not routed through account managers: quotes, adjustments and emergencies are handled by the person whose name is on the license.

We are deliberately small, deliberately focused on one region we know street by street, and deliberately bilingual — because the Spanish-speaking market deserves a Japan partner who answers in their own language.

How We Work

From enquiry to on-the-ground

A clear, fixed process — so you always know where your file stands.

  1. Send your client brief

Dates, party size, interests, budget band. A rough email is enough — we will ask the right questions.

    First reply within 24 hours
  2. Itinerary & quote

A route we have personally verified, priced at net rates with our handling margin shown transparently. Itinerary design fee applies to fully custom builds and is credited on confirmation.

  3. Confirmation & booking

On your go-ahead and deposit, we confirm every element in writing — hotels, guides, vehicles, experiences — under your brand.

  4. In-trip support

While your clients travel, we monitor every connection. If a typhoon moves a train, we have re-routed before your client notices.
